Peanut Butter Oatmeal

Peanut butter oatmeal is an easy and nutritious breakfast that can be made in 5 minutes. 
All you  need
  • 1-3/4 Cup water
  • 2 Tablespoons honey
  • 1/8 Teaspoon salt
  • 2 Teaspoons ground flaxseed
  • 1 Cup oats
  • 1 Teaspoon ground cinnamon 
  • 2 Tablespoons creamy peanut butter
  • Any fruits that you like.
Put them all together in a bowl and enjoy your delicious breakfast.

Vegan Pancake

You don't need eggs to make pancakes. So you can still enjoy your fluffy pancakes. And here is what you need.
  • 1/2 Cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 Tablespoons white sugar
  • 2 Teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoons salt
  • 1 Tablespoons oil
  • 1/4 Cups water
Mix those ingredients together. Use a frying pan. when the top begins to bubble, flip the pancake and cook it until it's golden just the way you like it. And enjoy it with maple syrup.

Smoothies are the best way to start your day. They are easy to make and can be prepared the night before, so you can go about your day without having tp worry about your breakfast. Here is some of the smoothie idea for you.
